Bring your people to the heart of Australia for a retreat shaped by stillness, Country and genuine connection.
Deep Listening to Nature works alongside you to create a culturally respectful, thoughtfully organised journey through Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Watarrka and the Central Desert.
Whether you facilitate leadership programs, coaching, organisational development, community building or personal growth, Iris supports the practical planning so you can focus on your work.
You lead the experience. Together we shape the journey.
Perhaps you're a leadership facilitator, executive coach, consultant, educator or community leader.
You may already have a group who would value time together away from everyday life.
Iris works with you to understand your purpose, your people and the outcomes you hope to create. Together you design a journey that supports your work while remaining deeply respectful of Country.
No two retreats need to be the same.
